Goal driven, costumer focused, and profit oriented. I am an electrical engineering graduate, focused on automation and controls. After a 15 years of operating large industrial applications and directing an Emerson Electric Local Representative Office, today I am a partner on the largest kombucha business in Latin America (KHappy Kombucha). Business that I´ve personally designed and built from scratch since 2017.In 2003, I´ve traveled several Emerson sites acquiring knowledge in all departments for industrial applications including Control Systems (DeltaV) in Austin, Fischer Control Valves in Marshaltown Iowa, MicroMotion Mass flow meters in Boulder Colorado, Rosemount Transmitters in Chanhassen MN and Mexico, as well as corporate training in Saint Louis. After that period, I came back to Brazil to finish my training in the Brazilian Headquarters at Sorocaba, state of Sao Paulo.Transitioned to Controval (an Emerson Local Business Rep office) throughout 15 years of service, my focus was to develop one-of-a-kind applications in several industries. Although focused on mining, we resolved several applications on steel metallurgical plants, food&beverage and oil&gas . With years to come, we created several projects which were not core to Emerson´s portfolio achieving great success and profitability return to our customers. All using great creativity and engineering ingenuity.In 2017, Emerson decided to move forward with its own sales channel. I chose to build a business from scratch. Searching to cause impact on healthy ready to drink beverages in Brazil, I joined with other partners to develop KHappy Kombucha. We built the plant from zero, where I designed all manufacturing steps in the plant, led production operations, and day-to-day deliverables. Our business grew in what today is the largest complex focused on kombucha manufacturing in Latin America.While at Khappy, I also led the commercial drives among other partners, to drive sales throughout the country. All Key Account national costumers, on-trade marketing, sell-in/sell-out analysis, growth marketing and profit margin improvement were part of our sales focus. Business grew, and today, we have a team that runs the company while the partners became focused on researching future markets and making key decisions on the next steps to take in the future.
