About Ricardo Melara

I am a project manager with comprehensive knowledge of the airline industry’s IT systems and commercial aspects. I have extensive experience managing large IT infrastructure projects and cloud solutions including managing cost profiling, labor and schedule estimates for on-prem and cloud initiatives using Agile processes.My goal to gain a comprehensive understanding of IT services drove me to pursue different jobs across which I could hone a portable set of skills: problem solving from troubleshooting complex IT systems; optimization of operational, implementation and commercial/business processes.
