CFO of the holding company responsible of the national and international administration, financing of working capital needs and development of agricultural projects, asset management to international institutional investors. • Lead financing processes, debt restructuring and financing of development projects in Chile, Colombia, Mexico, United States and Spain with the objective of obtaining resources for operations, acquisition of new companies, project development and optimization of the capital structure.• Implementation of Joint Venture with International Institutional Investors in Chile and back office services to holding companies that manages its assets, which has allowed a deep relationship and develop new projects. • M&A national and international subsidiaries and corporate restructuring with the aim of achieving control of subsidiaries and optimizing the corporate network. • Implementation of policies and procedures and restructuring of the administration and finance area to manage various companies and reduce financial risks, establishing a standard controled and replicable model to sustain national and international growth.• Tax planning and management of fiscal carryovers, optimizing the working capital by more than 35%, recovering withheld taxes.
