Our goal is to offer a simple and intuitive recurring sales solution to increase and diversify revenue, in addition to the predictability and loyalty offered through subscriptions.As Rits' Chief Operating Officer, I am responsible for- The operational management of the client portfolio, including companies such as Exame, CartaCapital, ELLE Brasil, Vida Simples, among others, leading the product sustainment squad;- Designing the most complex solutions for the clients, from the discovery process, to validation and monitoring of delivery;- Defining internal processes and indicators for the evolution and follow-up of the deliveries made by the operation;- Providing the Product Director with improvements captured in contact with the customer; - Solution meetings in prospecting new customers;- Participation in the decisions of the strategic, commercial, technical, and evolution of our product.

SuperOne is an e-commerce platform designed to drive retailer sales from an easy-to-use experience and a solid business network.As Product Owner, I am responsible for organizing workflows and planning the deliverables of the development team. The main assignments that make up the scope of deliverables are:- Structuring processes and ceremonies for managing the deliveries of the development team, working with agile and kanban methodologies;- Refining and prioritizing the backlog based on strategic definitions and product vision;- Follow-up and validation of the deliveries of each release with the business and development team;- Construction of platform documentation for users, including explanation of platform modules, tutorials for use of features and support flow.

Blacklab is a Venture Builder focused on the development of new digital businesses. Composed by the companies Mobister, Rits and Robox, the group is specialized on project development as a software house and it’s been scaling a product on the recurrent income market, working with big accounts such as nima Educação, Exame, CartaCapital, Elle Brasil and Domino’s Pizza.As Head of Operating, I was responsible for the management of four squads distributed on the three brandings (Mobister, Rits and Robox). The squads were composed by designers, developers and product owners. Some of my assignments were:- Higher complexity projects conception, management and definition of performance metrics;- Guiding and tracking of the issues delivered in each squad;- Work along the Agile Master to keep the routine aligned with agile practices;- Structuring the teams according to the needs of the projects from each company;- Technical decisions in partnership with tech leaders;- Leading a +30 employees team, including individual meetings with the main leaders of each;- Part of the c-level board, contributing on strategic definitions about product, sales and organization structure.

- Conception of digital products, specially web projects, to companies from different markets such as Education, Automotive, Traveling and Entertainment.- Lead projects to improve organic traffic (SEO) and conversion (CRO) of websites. On those projects, worked with analysis and implementation tools such as Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Search Console, Google Trends, Crazyegg and others. - Management of design and IT teams from the beginning to the end of the project, including meetings to make alignments for the project and creation of all the delivery issues.- Requeriments gathering with stakeholders and account management.

- Building of the digital product development flow on the company;- Planning and management of website projects and company resources, building schedules and tracking through Gantt Chart;- Requirement gathering with the clients;- Presentation of deliveries from the project to the clients (prototypes, features and other definitions);- Features and responsiveness testing.

Auditing the quality of the activities and internal projects on the support sector of the IT company, assisting the team to offer a better customer experience. Also responsible for gathering key performance indicators of the sector.
