This is a continuous improvement agenda to deliver consistency with MBE direction and systems developed by the Head of GDC.• Responsible for ensuring that my team adheres to agreed ways of working and best practice across objectives• Support on technical capabilities, software and hardware requirements ensuring efficient and effective deployment and that upgrades are managed with minimal disruption to ‘business-as-usual’• Be constantly looking for opportunities to increase offshoring volumes and Direct Contact with minimum risk.
