Ricardo is a graduate of the Global Competitiveness Leadership program at Georgetown University in the United States. He holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Business from CATIE's graduate school in Costa Rica, one of the most important natural research centers in Latin America. Also, Ricardo has postgraduate studies in Governance from George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Administration in Venezuela. Ricardo worked with different international organizations such as the International Federation of the Red Cross and others. He also holds the PMP® certification from the Project Management Institute, as well as the Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM-I®). As an entrepreneur, Ricardo was awarded for the innovation and entrepreneurship competition organized by Tigo (Millicom) Telecommunications Company in Paraguay and selected for the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI). Currently works as an Innovation Specialist for CATIE in Costa Rica.
