Addressing Base Business activities associated with customer demand, site revenue, sales, back order, OTD, product line transfer/ new product introduction/ products launch for the Zimmer business unit. Also, leading the NPI Engineering for different Medical Devices customers as Zimmer, Abbott, Smith & Nephew, Medtronic, etc. with complete accountability for project development, resources allocation, project expenses, project deliverables including product and process validations, customer progress updates, and senior management reviews.
