I was responsible for the Customer Retention. Most of the time I was calling outbound to convince customer to extend the contract. When it is very busy on the inbound line, I jumped in to support the inbound retention team. Also for diversity I answer questions that we get in the mailbox. My job is to hold the customer as long as possible.

When I was a 5 months in Venezuela, I worked in the pharmacy of mine uncle an aunt. My job was to chek the inventory of the pharmacy.
