I am a dependable asset to the team, always punctual, and determined to get the job done.As a head of the stage, I have responsibilities to help production with all necessary technical checks for production, reply, check alternatives, and present solutions when necessary.Additionally, I have the responsibility to coordinate all stage managers, select shows for each one, maintain and update their technical skills and motivate them as well to set the schedules.Also, have the responsibility for the maintenance of all stage machinery from the 3 venues. We use a world-class system from Waagner-Biro which takes a lot of time, responsibility, and skills to maintain and requires a good plan for the maintenance period and tasks to execute on the same period to avoid extra costs.I am also responsible for coordinating, maintaining and realizing with a certified company all equipment certification on the house.I never waiver in my contribution to my team as I am always ready to help my co-workers to achieve the result.I am a quick study with a dedication to keep learning and improving on what I know.
