- Implemented and managed the company’s Global Smart Drinking Goals with a US $1B commitment to reduce the harmful use of alcohol globally- Oversaw the creation and management of the AB InBev Foundation with an initial commitment of US $150MM over 10 years to reduce the harmful use of alcohol globally by identifying effective, evidence-based programs and policies for public-private partnerships to advance positive social and behavior change.- Led programs and campaigns to shift social norms and behaviors around the harmful use of alcohol.

Furthermore, provided strong focus on finance results, market share, trade marketing, innovation, along with strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.

- Managed Bahia/Sergipe states business units of 800 employees- Directed all business strategy, including distribution model, P&L, trade marketing, and relations with local stakeholders
