I directly aid researchers in resource utilization, workflow design, and research reproducibility.◦ My responsibilities include managing batch systems like SLURM, Open-OnDemand, XDMoD, Ansible, Kubernetes, CryoSPARC, ColdFront, SBGrid, etc. I also troubleshoot job issues, define policies, and explore new tech in HPC and AI. I lead projects simplifying scientific software installation, manage an in-house collaboration platform, and foster partnerships for community-driven scientific progress.Computational Mechanics Research Laboratory (CMRL)◦ I contribute to a cyberinfrastructure project creating a content management system supporting scientific activities and data sharing via simulation tools.

Since my undergraduate training in Mathematics and Computer Science and my graduate training in Bioinformatics, Image Analysis, and Machine Learning, I have learned that computational analysis is a powerful way to answer scientific questions and I have developed a passion to combine analytical tool development with scientific discovery. I look forward to starting my postdoctoral career at the Lieber Institute for Brain Development (LIBD).

Scientific Interest/Area of Research: Computational Genomics and Systems Biology:I worked one project directed towards for improving the machine learning approaches to detect L1-associated somatic mosaicism in single cells. Besides, I contributed to the group developing pipelines for ChIP-Seq analysis, genomic region enrichment analysis, and gene expression analysis, organizing and managing multiple infrastructure and databases, and visualizations, as well as developing algorithms and custom models for brain diseases.
