Working closely with senior IT and business leaders across the enterprise identifying automation opportunities, assess / analyze, deploy and continually improve automation solutions deployed while partnering with senior leaders, productivity champions from corporate and business functions.Understanding and proven experience of (1) analyzing enterprise business processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation (2) help develop technology roadmaps spanning 3 to 5 years’ time horizon, prepare & get approval on business cases and execute action plans (3) deploy, sustain and continually improve business process automation solutions [preferably via MS Power Platform, RPA, intelligent data processing, process mining, task mining, business process management, workflow management, AI/ML, analytics tools / technologies] (4) IT PPM, ITIL / ITSM processes and utilize the same effectively while in program solution delivery (5) lead and inspire, a high performing team.

- Partner and being the liaison between IT & different business functions for Eaton Vehicle Group Division to drive the Deployment of Industry 4.0 solutions.- Understand business needs & align processes/systems with the company strategy- Establishing effective communication with customers and suppliers to drive/lead projects and initiatives- Lead communications of increasing scope across an entire process initiative.- Coordinate customer/supplier meetings. - Providing project leadership by adhering to standard departmental policies, processes and documentation guidelines for project delivery- Fulfill Project Manager Officer(PMO) role at Vehicle Group IT Level in aligment with the Enterprise Project Management Office(PMO)- Defining and communicating roles and responsibilities for project team members – functional and technical - Developing project plans including detailing work breakdown structures and critical path- Working with customers and technical resources to develop project schedule and detailed cost breakdowns- Performing risk management planning, risk identification and mitigation planning- Ensuring sign-off on all major system deliverables by stakeholders- Developing communication strategies and leading communications with mid-level or first line leaders and key stakeholders- Monitoring and reporting on schedule and budget variances- Ensuring quality delivery of team member tasks in accordance to the plan

- Leading and supporting various Vehicle Group business intelligence efforts across all business functions of the Vehicle Group operations globally.- Ensuring consistent delivery of ERP solutions across the Vehicle Group minimizing customizations when possible

- Performing systems testing and analysis of complete software packages. - Leading analysis efforts and testing projects locally or at a project specific level- Creating training material, training plans and leads software training as part of a business system implementation team.
