Responsible for the overall performance, scheduling, procurement, receiving, shipping, training, and records keeping of all administrative and logistical assets within the US Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq. Prepare and maintain personnel, property, maintenance, and operational records and prepare periodic, scheduled reports and adhoc reports. Maintain the Property Book Inventory database in coordination with HTP and Defense Equipment Armored Vehicles (DEAV), schedule all maintenance schedule and unscheduled vehicle services, fuel logs, dispatch logs and transfer of all assigned armored and unarmored vehicles to protective operations. Assist in the planning, development and implementation of a comprehensive administrative program designed to serve the needs of the DS Agents and PSS assigned to protective operations. Maintain records of radios, personal protective equipment (Body Armor, Plates and Helmet), vehicle equipment, and medical equipment and NBC equipment for all SOC personnel, and maintain the Property Book Inventory updated utilizing the newly acquired E-Quip data base software system. Maintain Mail duty schedules and time sheets updated at all times.Coordinate the shipment and receipt of equipment and materials with the U.S Embassy and host country; documenting, as necessary, that proper customs, procedures and standards are adhered to. Coordinate the delivery, receipt and distribution of local purchase supplies with the Red Zone Village SOC Employees counterpart. Serve as a liaison between the RSO Logistics section, the Logistical GTM and all other SOC functional areas sections with the joint inventory, transfer and issue of property received from the USA. The property received may include but is not limited to supplies, technical equipment and tactical equipment. I am currently CPPS and CPPA certified, and completed the Department of State Supervisory Course in November 2016. Performs general administrative and logistical functions.

Performed technical functions to support testing activities such as set up, operation, maintenance, modification, circuit testing, and calibration when necessary. Worked with military tactical radios such as: SINCGARS and FBCB2. Expected to carry a 30 lbs. rucksack with tactical radio equipment and walked one mile to one and one half miles over rough terrain. Operated tactical military vehicles in support of testing. Assisted in accountability and quality assurance of collected data.
