Responsible for providing vital leadership and direction to the Plant Maintenance Department on 24/7 operations. Oversee the repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment and strive to eliminate all causes of machine failure. Design and implement effective preventative maintenance programs. Ensure that machinery remains in optimum operating condition. Review maintenance crew schedules. Review and analyze the daily plant downtime report. - Ensure that all machinery is in a safe, operational condition.

Responsible for 3-shifts- operations, with a maintenance administrator, six mechanics, three set-up operators and oversight of all facility maintenance and repairs. Managed all plant maintenance including overseeing the maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems including: fire/life safety, mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls) electrical (lighting, UPS, generators, primary switch gear), lighting and temperature controls systems, critical environments, and digital systems (fire alarm, duress, card access). Routinely inspected and evaluated facilities infrastructure and utility systems for liabilities related to equipment age/condition, operating costs or potential failure.
