As an experience Infantry Team Leader, Ive honed my leadership and problem solving skills in dynamic and high pressure environments. Ive led teams in planning and executing complex missions, ensuring the safety and efficiency of operations. My role involves training and guiding team members, making quick decisions, and adapting to rapidly changing conditions. Im passionate about fostering teamwork and resilience while maintaining a focus on achieving strategic objectives. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and decision making that translate well into any industry.

As an Asset Protection Specialist at Target, I focused on taking care of people, property, and merchandise by lettering theft, and reducing inventory loss. I worked together with diverse teams to be able to put into place security protocols, conduct investigations, and enforce compliance with safety. My role required attention to detail, being alert, and the ability to be able to handle difficult situations in a calm manner. By taking advantage of technology and working with my leadership I was able to help drive operational success. This experience helped me develop risk management, communication, and problem solving skills.
