This position functions as a technical specialist within the assigned discipline and sub-PSL. Possesses in-depth knowledge of product or service specifications and applications, including operation and maintenance. Monitors and reports on local product/service performance in terms of MTBF and cost. Coordinates local CPI process including product/service failure investigation and reporting to customer. Serves as liaison between Delivery and Technology, providing input to new product design, service, and application requirements. Working with Technology, coordinates, monitors, and reports on field testing of new products/services. May serve as local commercialization coordinator for introduction of new products/services into local market. As required, participates in customer presentations covering area of expertise. Provides well-site support to Company and customer personnel, including equipment trouble-shooting. Offers advice on equipment capabilities and advises field personnel on technical complexity and operation.

Manage daily operations of the district in accordance with company policies to ensure compliance with governmental legislations and achieve the objectives of quality service, through the effective and efficient use of human resources and financial ones.

Monitor and ensure compliance with procedures, implement and enforce the requirements of Weatherford, monitor and provide training and knowledge, ensure facilities and equipment, meet and know how to delegate, promoting performance standards.

Execute MWD/LWD field services role in the drilling and logging of offshore and onshore wells.

Provide preventive and corrective maintenance to the downhole tools and surface equipment according to company standards , ensure the calibration of measuring tools and calibration instruments, ensure sufficient supply of spare parts for servicing tools.

Identify with the directional coordinator and client needs and / or requirements of directional drilling targets, designing the well path , to propose a BHA according to the requirements of the customer and the tools availables, to develop the appropriate analysis of the BHA as torque and drag, anti-collision, swap and surge, vibration analysis, etc. according to company standards and client requirements.
