As part of the Global Hunting team, I'm responsible for analyzing agents' (hunters) monthly performance based on KPIs, calculating incentives and bonuses to improve productivity, while developing strategies to bring more revenue to the company increasing sales for new restaurants in the platform.I led the project to create a global monitoring dashboard, standardizing the way country managers keep daily track of their teams.

In this job, I would design schedules and routes to fulfill the monthly orders of hematite, limestone and bentonite from several construction and chemical companies, working closely with the accountant to generate the waybills and overseeing the drivers’ performance to make sure each shipment was delivered safely.

I filed applications for several international grants, overseeing their safe transfer and minimizing bank fees. I would also prepare timely financial reports about the group expenses. (Siderum Student Chapter)
