As a Support Technician I provide a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. I will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.

• Develop and maintain positive customer (internal and external) relationships while always striving to attain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. • Provide on-site and telephone support for computer hardware and telephone systems used at ATS • Provide support for Microsoft and MAC operating systems and applications. • Administration and maintenance on-site and local telephone support, including maintenance and upgrades, to the file servers, workstations, wiring topology, hubs, backup system, printers and print servers. • Administration and support the network communication system used for customer support and software updates. • Ensure appropriate provisioning of all client device administration functions, including operating systems, utilities, emulators and other related client-side application software in accordance with business requirements. • Ensure that all client-side device technologies are well researched, tested and documented prior to implementation in a production environment. • Manage client-side software installation, upgrades, patches and problem fixes. • Ensure that client device security is maintained in accordance with corporate security policies. • Ensure that client devices are sized and configured in accordance with standards and client requirements. • Ensure that all operational and service level objectives are monitored and achieved. • Coordinate problem resolution with other IT support teams • Experience deploying new hardware and preparing workstations to user needs • Knowledge programming IP, digital, and analog phones using Secure CRT • Experience backing up and re-imaging computers using company standards • Troubleshooting experience with computers, printers, projectors • Experience working in network closets • Ability to work in Active Directory creating new users • Excellent attendance record, punctual and loyal employee • Supportive team worker; committed and responsible
