• Follow the requirements of the customer.• Quotation according reworks of the material if they need a repack, inspection or sorting.• Tracking the shipment of the material from SBL warehouse to customer plants.• Invoicing monthly operations of the customer according of movements in warehouse.• Create release orders from material under IMMEX program and working with compliance area to have a better control of anexo 24.

• Checking invoices from the customer if they have a doubt.• Technical support of devices if they had any issues.• Solving doubts about the rates of Netflix.• Cancel Netflix account if the customer requires.• Teach the customer about the use of Netflix platform.
