    - In mid April-14, I started working in Medicisforma as an Assistant Director, reporting directly to the CEO.- My main responsibility was related to the elaboration and Implementation of the Monthly Management Report with operational, financial and economic data from different departments, which permitted a constant interaction with all the levels of the business across many functions while analyzing profitability and productivity of each department. Additionally, I was also involved in creating reports and presentations for executive level meetings. - In respect to optimization processes, one of the main goals was to reduce client manager’s time consuming tasks and subsequently to increase productivity, which I did by identifying and eliminating unnecessary paperwork through newly automated procedures along with our computer engineer.- I was also assigned for some projects, reporting directly to the CEO and shareholders, with implications in business decisions and strategies. The company was faced with a dilemma to where should launch salesman across the country, as a result we decided that the better way to deal with the problem was through a geographical survey and analysis at 20 districts and 308 municipalities, with reference to customer portfolio, surrounding competitors and regional economic capacity. This project was converted in a 50 pages document embodied with insights not only concerning the problem above but also revealing some threats and opportunities to where they should increase or decrease their business activities. Furthermore, I was also responsible for presenting a competitor research, through the identification of key variables regarding financial information for a sample of 40 competitors. - Other occasional tasks included helping other colleagues for a better use of Excel, intervening in the budget and weekly reporting concerning operational efficiently and productivity.
