A Growth POD (Product Oriented Delivery) is a group focused to help clients to achieve their strategic goals. As a Head of Growth POD, I'm in charge to lead our teams (about 65 people) towards to help the client in their mission, creating great products, with high quality within the time and cost expected.

As a Delivery Manager (at Avenue Code we use the name "Delivery Ambassador"), I was responsible for managing the deliveries of our consultants assigned to clients (mostly based in the United States), leading people spread across more than 16 countries to ensure that our team delivers projects with the highest possible quality within the expected deadline. We also work on career management and professional development, seeking to continually support and guide them.
