Both were entirely IP solutions, and we integrated them into the existing telephony infrastructure, via VoIP using SIP Trunking and Tie Line using TDM Gateways.- In 2014, I worked on the specification and implementation of a fully IP voice recording system, using SIP / RTP protocols, to record incoming and outgoing calls at the call centre of the police and fire department of the state of MS, Brazil.- Between 2014 and 2018, I was responsible for designing and leading the implementation phase of Fibre to the Home (FTTH) projects in residential complexes and gated communities.- In 2008, I led the implementation of a call accounting system to store outgoing, incoming and internal call records in approximately 100 PBXs to be used in the management of telephone expenses in the public administration of the state of MS, Brazil.
