I was hired at the time to be one of the people responsible for leading and executing the entire refresh of the company's technology infrastructure (servers, networks, storages, backups and disaster recovery and VDI).In this critical project, I was responsible for understanding all the current infrastructure, collecting historical and performance data from the environments, assessing the company's needs in order to start designing the project's architecture. Based on the data, I involved partners and suppliers to understand the technologies available on the market. Based on the data obtained, I created comparisons to help decide which technologies to use and defended the project with executives and investors and interested parties for approval of the budget.
