My objective is to create positive change for businesses. In my 15 years of experience working in business transformation, I’ve learned that to improve your productivity, you need a strategic framework that empowers your team to act on their ideas. As an Improvement Lead for Vodafone, my focus is to influence stakeholders with effective data-driven communication. My ethical and moral values sit at the heart of my work, and I’m driven by creative innovation in the change management space.Throughout my career, I’ve seen a lot of passionate teams struggle to bring their ideas to life. There’s just too much to do, not enough time, and no way for even the best leaders to manage every moving part. Again and again, top-down approaches are inefficient – and I’ve seen first hand how damaging this can be for a work environment. That is why I have co-founded Skinny Robot, a start up software and coaching company that is facilitating a better way for teams to approach change. We believe that great things happen when an entire company is moving in one direction.
