I was in charge of the coordination and monitoring for Spain and Portugal of the electrification process for the common structure, the four brands of the group and its dealer network.Main achievement: Electrification of 100% of the dealer network (480 installations). 75% with the recommended provider, as well as commercial and technical training for the entire dealer's network.

I was responsible for the development of electric vehicles and for analyzing and consolidating new B2B business areas related to electric vehicles, mobility and connected vehicles. I added to the previous electric vehicle responsibilities those of brand service marketing (warranty extension and maintenance) as well as the B2B marketing strategy.Main achievement: Peugeot leader in electric sales in 2011. Launch of the RAC Mu by Peugeot.

I was strategically and tactically responsible for the launch of the first electric vehicle in Spain.Main milestone: Peugeot iOn #1 of brand references in the press and #7 of the total market in 2010.

Reporting to the CEO and as part of the Board of Directors, I run the commercial subsidiaries: two dealers in Santiago and one in Puerto Montt, 2,500 units/year, 20% of the brand.
