I'm a recruiter at Findmore Consulting, an information technology consultancy, where I support clients in attracting and selecting talent. I have a degree in Hotel Management from the University of the Algarve, which has given me a comprehensive overview of the tourism and hotel sector. Before joining Findmore, I worked as a receptionist at the Savoy Signature, a luxury hotel in Madeira, and as a tour guide at MadeiraWatersports, a nautical activities company. In these experiences, I developed my communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as a strong sense of customer service and adaptation to different contexts and audiences.
