• Worked very closely with the project managers to help them design and create custom web applications to facilitate the work of the company’s loan officers. Also, about 6 months after starting the project, was made responsible for DHI’s intranet. • Converted many classic ASP applications to .NET Web forms and also made several changes to the intranet to increase performance and functionality.• A major contribution at this company was with the development of .NET Windows applications which allowed loan officers to price loans automatically and then sell them to banks and investors as packaged investments. This application reduced the time it took loan officers to price the loans from 4 to 6 hours to only 45 minutes. The application connects to several banks to get current loan rates and automatically price these loans based in the current rate and other specific parameters entered by loan officers.
