As in-house design lead I managed the concept and implementation of A&A works across three large luxury integrated hotel and gaming complexes in Macau and provided support for the Las Vegas design team. This included end-to-end A&A for all areas including front of house, galleries, rooms, gaming space and f&b.I worked closely with the senior leadership team to develop strategies and plans and aligned these to brand and corporate objectives then managed the full process through to implementation. I managed all stakeholder expectations effectively including in-house and exterior design teams, third party contractors, government authorities, senior management, marketing and resort operations. I was promoted to this role with responsibility as lead A&A designer across Wynn Macau and the newly opened Wynn Palace. This included managing the full lifecycle from concept, schematic design, RFI and tender through to construction and handover ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and the highest quality standards.Leading QA and QC reviews, I also conducted site and factory visits and managed punch lists. Providing the link between local teams and corporate stakeholders, I managed expectations effectively at all times. Key projects Wynn Macau Smoking LoungesI led project design for 45 fully equipped smoking lounges across existing resort spaces. This included coordinating scheduling and phasing of all deliverables from different stakeholder parties.Wynn Palace OpeningI assisted with the opening of this US$4.6b hotel with 2 towers, 1706 rooms, retail and F&B.

In this role I assisted with the final design phase of Wynn Palace in addition to A&A management of projects for Wynn Macau. This involved managing and producing design packages for projects including refurbishment of all 14 public toilet areas, the Wynn Café Esplanade and Cinnebar extension facilities. I reviewed bid documentation and assisted with the production and issue of project punch lists.

I produced and managed design packages for public areas of the BelleGrand Marina Bay resort in Manilla. This included acting as consultant for the center play bar development designing a technical solution for a complex retractable LED screen and performance stage structure within the casino.

I worked on a number of residential, commercial and licensing projects including feasibility studies, submissions for government planning approval and construction design for two mortuary chapels.

Here I led production of sculptures, exhibition plans and on-site implementation of works for this highly respected artist working closely with contractors, technical teams and gallery management.
