I started my career at the age of 18 as a researcher at the Institute of Biophysics of the Faculty of Science developing machine learning algorithms applied to biosignals, later with patents filled in US (some IP sold to Motorola). My work took me to a summer internship at the age of 19 at Bioengineering Research Group of the University of Nottingham, where I was invited to do the PhD directly after BSc. I respectfully declined, to build my first startup in video analytics, featured in Wired and Forbes as one of the top AI Startups in Europe. After winning more than 20 awards and hackathons, here I am now developing the most advanced Artificial Intelligence algorithms that model the Human Cognitive Behaviour applied to Finance, Retail and Marketing, at AssetFloow.
