Firefighting Season 2021 - I opened Prado de los Esquiladores in Cuenca with a flight from Salemas, then I got to open La Iglesuela as well with another flight from Portugal. Our BRIF took part in some of the most demanding interventions of the year in the Spanish territory such as Ávila and Malaga.

Helitours Douro was quite an extraordinary experience. A previously unknown region to me, the Douro Valley, is beautiful yet demanding. Often we would find strong winds between the mountains, other times there was no wind at all and temperatures rose to mid forties. It was a school of sorts. A privilege to fly in such a beautiful place. The team I worked with was awesome, very good professionals that I would definitely recommend and who I am quite positive that will work with me again in other projects. Helitours Douro unfortunately ceased it's operations, although I am quite sure someone else will grab the opportunity to keep operating flights in the region.

Firefighting Season 2020

Flying with Lisbon Helicopters granted me the chance to touch peoples lives. I did tour flights over Lisbon mostly but I also flew to other locations from time to time.Sometimes being a tour guide is not just picking up passengers and showing them around. Once, a Dutch lady and her 15 year son went up for a short flight. Has soon as we took off she started crying with joy, saying it was the best experience she had in 5 years of a bad life... I am glad I could give her that!

Northern-Winds is a company that produces hand made products for reenactment and live action role play. With the partnership of MedievalPortugal it also organizes events and cinematography.
