South America

• Extensive experience of delivering power projects from green field to commercial operations in countries across South America, Central America, Caribbean & Africa;• Hold relationship with sales engineers and BDM´s, delivering advice and training on site visits and client facing interface to describe better solutions to potential customers;• Delivered projects for customers in various industrial sectors including, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining and Manufacturing. Key involvement and client interaction from sales to operations phase;• Ownership for project delivery costs to be inputted at P&L stage, understanding of comparison prices against competitors;• Experienced at managing multi-disciplined teams across large geographical areas with a wide cultural and ethnic diversity;• Demonstrated strong leadership under pressure from clients and internal stakeholders;• Agile and able to adapt quickly to rapidly changing circumstances;• Responsible for project cycle for the execution of power projects in the Americas region currently managing over $30m in project delivery ;• Track record of developing talent internally and leaving a strong development and succession plan for both local and international employees;

South America

Working and supporting Brazil and LAM region into commissioning and operation of power generation projects , managing the administrative, technical and engineering areas in the project. Experience with high and low voltage, installation, commissioning and operation of thermoelectric plants. Also acting with contract management and negotiation with customers and suppliers, identification of new business & opportunities, monitoring of project budget, internal ISO audits and adhress to QHSE policies applied to projects.
