• Supervise the performance of the accounting department staff. • Administer the functioning of the accounting department in accordance with the company procedures and regulations. • Supervise the coding & posting to the GL, AR, and AP & PAYROLL software modules. – SAGE 300• Monthly and yearly closing procedure.• GL accounts reconciliation.• Bank accounts reconciliation.• Generate the supporting documentation for the monthly & year closing Financial Reports.• Preparation of the monthly & yearly financial reports. • Overhead analysis and annual cash flow projection for CEO. • Engage with external auditors for the preparation of the Reviewed Financial Reports and the related taxes.
