I am in charge of building the I+M department in Liteyca GmbH in Germany. This includesestablishing the organization, processes and needs, hiring new coworkers and attracting high-quality subcontractors to work with us in our projects.As a part of the process establishment, I lead the design and development of a web tool to manage our technitians. The automation of client contacting is the main goal, saving resources and assuring quality of service. This also allows further optimization of a technitian's day of work.Lastly, I report directly to our clients and plan the allocation of resources to meet their expectations.

Mainly working with kids between 12 and 18 years old to help them to improve their English and German skills and successfully complete their science courses (mainly mathematics) at school.
