✔ Reporting to the Operations Director for South America, responsible for a plant with 1,200 employees, elaborating and managing budgets and financial results (P&L) - revenue/sales, costs, expenses.✔ Management ofe Production, Assembly Lines, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics/Supply-Chain, Dispatch, Asset Security, Controllership, Process Engineering and the AGCO Production System. Manufacturing Pipeline formation, monitoring productivity SLAs and KPIs, targets and volume efficiency, production control/capacity (OEE), and waste/scrap.✔ Leading Logistics and Material Management ina Warehaouse consisting in 29,000 PN and an inventory monthy basis of 60M USD and performing cycles inventory monthly on ABC curves.✔ Management of the mechanical and building maintenance plan including negotiations with suppliers, contracts and outsourced companies; assessing delivery quality and investments in CAPEX and OPEX.✔ Responsible for controlling new-employee admission and maintaining Occupational Health programs (PPRA, PCMSO, ASO and LTCAT) and ISO-9001, ISO-14000 and ISO-18000 Certificates.✔ Leading high-performance teams and developing other leaders by way of qualification and motivation, conducting training and engagement actions.Highlights:✔ Implementation of Toyota Production Methodologies such as Lean, Lean Office, Kaizen, DPU, RFT and others, attaining the best Company DPU result (0.05 defect/unit) and RFT (99.3) over a 6 consecutive year period.✔ Gain of 6% on Productivity on a year basis for 6 years consectively , absentism below 1,2% and turn over below 1% .✔ Financial gain by transferring the production line and closing the Ribeirão Preto/SP Unit, generating the greatest Customer Product Satisfaction Index (CSI) in South America (92%).✔ Responsible for launching an electrical-power generator line in Brazil, reaching 5% market share.✔ 19% manufacturing-cost reduction by transferring the heavy-tractor line from Canoas/RS to Mogi das Cruzes/SP.

✔ Reporting to the Senior VP for South America and the Global VP, leading a team of 4 managers and 100 employees at the Engine Unit, in Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Product and Process Engineering, Dispatch and the AGCO Production System.✔ Analyzing indicators in all manufacturing areas and conducting Strategic Planning (Forecast).✔ Monitoring the production process; machining, assembly and testing in planning productive capacity x manufacturing volume, and improving performance (OEE).✔ Conducting S&OP meetings, indirectly managing sales, aftermarket and technical assistance.Highlights:✔ Production-line automation, adjusting 250% growth to production volume.✔ Development of engines using alternative fuels such as 100% biodiesel, diesel/ethanol and ethanol/water in machinery for the agricultural market, resulting in 35% market-share growth.✔ New Product launch in the company portfolio, working on manufacture and sale of power generators, making a positive impact on market share in Brazil.✔ Interfacing with national and international government authorities (CETESB/IBAMA) in the implementation of a Tier 3 project related to controlling the emission of polluting gases by off-road vehicles in Brazil, implementing new engine technology resulting in plant certification.

✔ Reporting to company´s CEO and Chairman on the program for executives development.✔ Performing several visits to all AGCO´s site arounf the globe in order to collet information to be used by Sr. Staff acting in a diverse of areas like Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.

✔ Reporting directly to the General Manager of the Engines Division , responsable for the introduction of AGCO POWER diesel engines in Massey Fergusson brand products, tractors and combines.✔ Cost reduction of 5% on the engines applied to tractors and a 15% reduction on engines for combines once changed into AGCO POWER engines from other manufaturers.

✔ Reporting to General Project Manager in Germany , perfoming the interface witht the client MB in the country. ✔ Acting in a specific develpment of a automobile cockpit , assembly , testing functionally of a new SUV to be developed and targeted for specific markets well .

✔ Reporting directly to the Industrial Director , performing the management of 70 employeesin the areas of Production , Maintenance , Process Engineering , HSE , Security.✔ Ability and skills to hold a JIS production of a complex module with a takt time of 1.5 min to the final client (GMB-GRAVATAÍ)✔ Interface with authorities on matter regarding Union , licenses for operation , etc ✔ Treining of new crew with no knoledge at all of porduct nor processes of manufaturing , quality standards , etc ✔ Absentees of below 0,5% and turn over below 1% ✔ In 2 years time the plant went from 3 cockpits per day to go to 600 units in 2 shifts .
