I started working at Comverse as a System Engineer, then moved to Team Leader role and later assumed a Project Manager responsibility.As System Engineer I was responsible for the implementation and delivery of services for systems and networks of Telecommunications Solutions that included Network and Application integration were I configured and integrated different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.As a Team Leader I was the technical team responsible for system integration teams in several projects in diferent Portuguese Telco customer.As a Project Manager I managed SI customer projects, to secure the project goals were met, the customer’s expectations were fulfilled and the customer relation handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
