Coordinate and provide front-line support for an assigned portfolio of three (3) participating entities (WCRP Subrecipients) in the implementation of the WCRP Planning Framework.Establish and cultivate a meaningful working relationship with each Subrecipient through recurring monthly check-in meetings, and identify their technical assistance and capacity-building needs related to the development of 20 Community Resilience Plans (CRP) and participatory community planning.Utilize the technical assistance manual and previous experience as community organizer to provide and facilitate assistance to address the identified needs and develop a strong understanding of the Program's participatory community planning and data tools to better support their assigned portfolio.Review monthly reports and deliverables submitted by Program participants to ensure project goals are met, and provide guidance on themes such as climate adaptation, resilience, participatory community planning, and engagement best practices as needed.Conduct site visits and attend meetings as required to provide technical assistance and support.Utilize Smartsheet to perform routine documentation activities for reporting purposes, accurately recording their assigned portfolio's progress and any critical issues in an organized and timely manner.Follow program participant’s progress and evaluate their deliverables to identify and provide technical assistance or capacity building to ensure planning activities are completed.Provide Technical Assistance and creative solutions to support Program participant’s and community’s capacity building related to the use of Resilience Tools, associated data and information, the WCRP Planning Framework, the CRP, and other relevant topics.Support the development of supporting materials and activities such as flyers, handouts, presentations, visual graphics, interactive sessions, and other creative solutions to support outreach and stakeholder participation.
