I have been responsible for representing Dell to our customers and Spain to Dell during the last 14 years.In my role as Managing Director, my goal was to provide the Spanish market with the best end-to-end IT solutions.Most of our customers are looking for answers to their business challenges that don’t require having many relationships with many vendors. I want to make it easier for our customers to find the answers to their challenges. We are at the forefront of the digital transformation and our open-standards give them the power to do more. I’ve been in the industry for many years, but I still think that having daily engagement with our customers is critical so that I can learn from them and make sure that our solutions are in alignment with their needs.I think it’s also important that we give our Dell team members the opportunity to engage with each other in areas outside of their job role. I’m proud of the employee resource groups (ERGs) that we have in Spain around diversity and inclusion. I know that they increase the happiness and engagement of our team which has a direct impact on how we serve our customers. Retaining and attracting the best talents are also key factors for Dell success in Spain.
