This role involves the coordination of the Roots of Success curriculum, management of practical Energy in Service learning experiences, and facilitation of field trips to pertinent job sites and training centers. The position also encompasses advanced skill upskilling for alumni dedicated to furthering their careers in energy.Key responsibilities include the management of partnerships essential for training delivery and career exposure, ensuring alignment with job placement objectives. The role supervises teams of Alumni Temporary Employees in fulfilling short-term project contracts, maintaining high professional standards and overseeing logistical needs to ensure project success. Additionally, it requires effective cross-team collaboration within the organization to achieve graduation, placement, and retention goals, emphasizing a cohesive team environment and robust participant support.The Sectoral Training Manager also plays a crucial role in communications, tasked with creating targeted content for recruitment and engagement, as well as maintaining precise data for internal and external reporting. This position is pivotal in upholding Green City Force’s commitment to youth development practices, actively participating in program activities and special events to enhance the training experience and support participant success.
