I am a serial social entrepreneur, and I have skin in the game of social innovation. Parallel to social entrepreneurship initiatives, I have been devoted to other activities as consultant, author, and public speaker. Consultant: I am basically an organizational change management facilitator, someone who inspires, motivates, and helps leaders, their teams, and key stakeholders to deal with challenges of co-creating purpose-driven organizations, that are ultimately human networks which can nurture simultaneously the goals of social and individual development, environmental sustainability, and economic value creation. Author: my objective is to produce books as “knowledge tools” which can be used in organizational activities, such as planning exercises, workshops, coaching sessions, etc. Since 2004 I wrote eight books, and the most recent is “Sensemaking: Leadership for Purpose” (Neo21, 2021) which aims to help changemaking leadership involved in systemic changes. This book comes with my open methodology for collaborative decision making and planning processes (Mindset Transformational Processes – MTP) Public Speaker: I am a storyteller who enjoys very much entertaining and inspiring different audiences to develop counterintuitive insights addressing issues related to innovation, disruptive change, scenarios, strategy, business models, policymaking, social behaviour, and development affairs.In a nutshell: bringing together the social entrepreneur, consultant, author, the public speaker, I have been the last 30 years with the skin in the business of helping and contributing to change this world into a better place.
