Reported to the Production Manager, I utilized MRP and CRM systems to forecast and establish efficient schedules. I reviewed project plans, concept designs, proposals, quotes, estimates, zoning regulations, and permits. I coordinated projects with graphic designers, salespeople, estimators, and purchasers throughout its entirety. I mainly assisted with the larger on-going projects with Corewell Health and their renovation, new builds, and refreshes.Once the COVID19 pandemic passed, I returned to school fulltime.

Due to COVID19 my education transitioned to remote learning and for that period of time I pursued essential work.I oversaw 18-22 employees and delegated duties to production employees. I helped create KPIs to track performances and maintained accurate production inventory levels. I monitored employee clock in and out times for proper documentation and worked with customer service representatives to process orders according to FDA pharmaceutical regulations.

I coordinated the production team and hosted meetings on code of conducts, safety, quality, and product development updates. Adjusted schedules according to demand, time efficiencies, and motion studies to prioritize ship dates. Maintained communication through MS Access, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. I pursued a college education full-time.

I assisted in the development and revisions of standard operating procedures. Working alongside process engineers we streamlined procedures to improve ergonomics and productivity. We also worked closely on efficient product builds and launches. I monitored and reviewed employee performances in conjunction with management and as the continuous improvement representative, I assisted the management team with the implementation of the 5S continuous improvement program into standard practices.I accepted a promotion with Litehouse Inc.
