• Designed Power BI dashboards and reports for executive managers, to support data visualization with key performance indicators (KPIs) for processing capacity evaluation of foreign exchange transactions as well as the revenue generated by the foreign trade contracts, to support data driven decision-making for leveraging the product. The dashboards were updated daily using complex SQL queries to combine, transform and compile different data types from multiple large databases, including csv files, MS Access and MS SQL Server tables. • Supervision and leadership of the team responsible for processing FX transactions, such as import, export and financial trades, ensuring they comply with the Central Bank of Brazil legislations and stay committed to meet the highquality standards set by the organization. • Definition of processes, creation of tools and leadership of a team focused on money laundering prevention, beforehand the processing of FX operations, in a fast paced environment. • Responsible for research and project management of innovative technologies and innovations to enhance the automation and quality level at the several routines performed by the office personnel, including specification, testing and approval. • Created and performed the procedures for quality certification within the processes involving the registry of foreign exchange operations in the Central Bank of Brazil system, including the definition of criteria, sample size, sample extraction, metrics, and reporting format.

• Created applications using SQL to execute complex queries in multiple data sources to get, compile and preprocess information that was used to build and update several reporting solutions based on Power BI that would uncover meaningful insights.• Designed a customer profile system with Power BI to create data-driven opportunities for improving the analysis of foreign exchange operations, acting as a data analytics tool to reduce the risk of money laundering and terrorism financing in international wire transfers, combining multiple data sources and DAX language.• Development of Power BI reports with different, complex metrics and ideas that were used by various audiences.• Developed a Business Process Management system to optimize the processing of foreign exchange operations, including the specification, testing and deployment.• Designed a certifying system technology that evaluates customers through different requirements before they can engage on foreign exchange transactions reducing compliance and regulatory risks to the company, translating into value for the business stakeholders. In this project I had to articulate with different departments to deliver a complete solution.• Created several high priority ad-hoc reports required by directors to support in their executive board meetings using SQL queries to quickly extract and manipulate data to generate data-driven insights for decision-making.

• Developed a report system for the management team, using SQL programming to control both internal and external auditing reports, and to assist in the prioritization and implementation of action plans needed to solve the issues reported. It included the use of complex and simple queries, conditional filters, joins using table relationships to process and compile data from multiple databases to create reports for business insights.• Designed a Visual Basic Application based system to control the inventory of issued contracts signed by the offshore branch, using SQL queries integrated with VBA programming that worked also as an automated tool to autofill contracts and loan collaterals.• Improved performance of Microsoft Access based systems using VBA and SQL programming collaborating to the continuous improvement culture of the organization.• Execution of an optimization project regarding the handling of checks performed by the 33 bank branches located in Sao Paulo, reducing costs, improving logistics and productivity.• Delivered creative solutions for the management team, supporting the processing capacity evaluation of SWIFT messages that are sent and received by the Sao Paulo branch.

• Developed the Value Stream Mapping of the department’s processes, building the Future State and as a result, worked on more than 10 Kaizen projects collaboratively to improve service capacity.• Responsible for improvements and support for the information sharing software (Sharepoint). Reduced the storage consumption by 80% and increased the system speed by fully optimizing the system parameters. Rebuilt the front page to make it more user-friendly using knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS coding languages.• Quality assurance study of an infrastructure project process, mapping problems, getting to the root causes and presenting solutions to avoid those problems from happening again.

Developed a research project about the use of Big Data in construction, specifically its use in construction management and estimating.It involved the study of this new emerging topic not only in construction but also in other industries, to learn and understand what is the future trend in this area, and how construction companies can use Big Data to improve.
