Managed day to day activities for this transport network company including operating 10 call center stations working 24/7 and receiving trips service requests by phone & mobile application.Defined the strategic planning and implemented marketing campaigns, alliances, & customer service strategies. Directly managed and configured the Mobile Knowledge and CMT dispatch technologies. The platform consisted on a client desktop application, several servers in different tiers using SQL databases and some peripheral apps like IOS and Android applications as well as proprietary mobile data terminals and a website. It included the use of Microsoft MapPoint.Led and managed human talent acquisition for call center, business and management positions.Handled customer service challenging scenarios contacting unsatisfied users and providing required solutions.Defined and reviewed budgets, costs, strategic plans and reported business status to CEO and board members. Managed all providers relationships, including communications, technology, human resources, services, etc.Supported relations between the other business units by providing custom services and specific market strategies to provide a competitive advantages.Outsourced the call center operations to a highly recognized international contact center. Considered, evaluated and negotiated 3 proposals from main providers. Migration included mapping processes, human resources management, know how transfer, quality validation, performance metrics and operation fine tuning. Migrated dispatch technology from old deprecated radiofrequency to the new data network over the cellular net. This helped increase the covered area and reduce costs by eliminating radio infrastructure. Integrated Banorte as a credit card gateway enabling passengers to pay their trips using the mobile application. Developed a portal to conciliate and track all transactions and charges, to manage drivers accounts and payments.

Managed the in-house computer systems which operates more than 1,000 vehicles and more than 40,000 services each month. Worked on the in-house development of a .Net client-server desktop application to manage thousands of drivers profiles, vehicles and payments, XDS dispatch system over cellular data network in vehicle terminals, TaxiHail mobile application, accounting software, ASTERIX PBX to manage a 10 station call center operating 24x7, 3 company websites, online invoicing for customers, GPS suite to monitor location and vehicles mileage for all the fleet. The main technologies involved were .NET desktop and web applications, SQL server, Web Services, PHP, WordPress and Mobile Knowledge Suite.Customized all dispatch technology from Mobile Knowledge to work in Mexico and specifically in Monterrey adapting it to work despite the inaccuracies of the maps and addresses DB. The tools used for this purpose were desktop .NET applications, SQL and Map Points from Microsoft.Led and managed the efforts to keep the communications and IT infrastructure of the company up and running. It included internal network, a link connecting 3 different locations, a radio frequency antenna a small site with 6 servers.Evaluated re-negotiated and finally changed the GPS service provider for the fleet, generating nearly 60% savings for this concept.Distributed operations reports among the organization, to show the KPI’s allowing to show and track organization initiatives and result. Defined, reviewed and validated processes ensuring that the organization objectives were fulfilled. Helped support business strategies and decisions from the information technology perspective. The tools used were: SQL reporting services and Excel dynamic reports.

Assisted Siteworx, a Design Build Run agency crafting digital solutions for B2B companies to build their own website based on Sitecore CMS. Worked on the technical strategy and content architecture to implement a responsive designed content website for Grant Thornton, an international independent audit, tax and advisory leading firm.Analyzed, designed and implemented a Data Warehouse project for DRS, a reverse logistics company, to be accessed by internal users through Excel and by external customers through Web using Pyramid OLAP suite. Worked on the analysis and design to reimplement 2 DRS legacy access applications on .Net platform which ran under Citrix server as a virtual application.Worked as a project leader on a executive Ipad application for CEMEX, designed to interact with Lotus Notes email platform.Worked on the design and implementation of a Drupal 7.0 CMS website for CEMEX.Worked on the analysis, technical strategy and implementation to integrate custom applications into a Lotus Connections Site (SHIFT) for CEMEX. The integration used JavaScript calls in the client’s browser, and also calls to ATOM feeds from Lotus Connections. Developed in Java to run in a WebSphere 6.1 and 7.0 application servers, used the Hibernate Framework to map the DB2 data bases.Worked on the analysis, technical strategy and implementation of a content broadcast site for Laureate International Universities. The system was based on SiteCore CMS, included Coveo enterprise search solution, supported SSO and needed to be localized for different language.Worked on the analysis and the technical strategy to implement a Social Network over .NET and SharePoint technologies for Laureate. This strategy included a custom UI based on custom pages containing OOB WebParts, custom developed WebParts as well as third party components to create a user experience very similar to facebook.

Performed as interactive strategies manager for several media projects (formats) and promotions, that merged different media technologies like tv, radio, newspapers, magazines and cell phones especially for entertainment companies like media broadcasters, soccer clubs and brands in 9 countries included USA.These strategies included online projects for TV media like Endemol format “Bailando por un sueño” in Perú, “La chica y el chico de la telenovela” for Latele Novela Network in USA, “Desde la Cancha” for America TV Network in Perú, “Top Noche” in Spain for Telecinco among others.It also included interactive promotions for international brand based on different media like TV, Radio, Product and Cell phones, some clients were Bimbo (Mexico) and Colgate (Panama).This projects also included soccer clubs in Mexico´s league like Rayados and Atlas, where was developed a WEB 2.0 site with full social networking capabilities to complete the club integration with its fans. These responsibilities included support for commercial areas, product definition, development team coordination, project feasibility, cost analysis, market research, support on business model definition, legal agreements management, resources management, communication plan definition, coordination of all the involved areas until the product launch. Once the product was launched the activities also included to monitor and audit the operation and results to adjust the strategy.Worked as responsible for management, evaluation, definition, implementation and operation for Naranya’s formats searching to converge internet, television, radio and cell phones technologies to maximize utility in different business models. These projects included: Social networking and casting formats, fans network and content sites, online contests and an online content store proposal for Telmex Prodigy Media.

Defined, planned, marketed, monitored and controlled Terra’s ADSL commercial product for more than 2,000 clients. It included to mange costs and utility margins, as well as internal supply, customer relationship, technical support processes, call center campaigns and training, customer client relationship with Telmex as the ADSL provider.

Managed development and implemented several web professional products like “Diario Oficial de la Federacion” the Mexican official newspaper and “Infosel Legal” among others. It included the use of several web technologies like ASP, Cold Fusion, SQL Server, Fulcrum Full Text Search Server, C++, Visual Basic Script, Java Script, XML and XSL.Managed the implementation of the Lycos search technology in Terra, customizing the technology and link directory to the local requirements. It included the use of FAST Web Services, and the use of XML and XSLT to provide the required functionality and look and feel.

Performed as developer for several small inventory and data raising applications for hand helds which supported bar codes and IR. Application were built using C and TCAL languages.
