As an MBA project, I developed a new business model to increase profitability, awareness and market retention.

Reported to the company owner. Responsible for thirty-eight people including three area managers. Collaborated with Board of Directors and CEO to define company goals and strategies and execute them. Awarded 10% share in company for outstanding service and performance. • Effectively led marketing, operations and production managers in their responsibilities.• Trained, managed and hired 38 employees; conducted evaluations of employees• Developed marketing strategies to enable company enter new markets in Korea, Japan, Russia, England, U.A.E., and Germany• Designed and effectively executed strategy plan restoring company to profitability• Represented the company at multiple international conventions.

Managed all sales and marketing functions including market research, pricing, segmentation, customer loyalty, branding, new market penetration, customer service, marketing strategy, publicity.
