The project included digital strategy, concept development, content strategy, interaction design, service design, visual design, and development across internal NBC tech ecosystem, and major streaming platforms• Completed multi-stage strategy and experience design for HBO - including research, executive-level presentations, conceptual designs, final prototype, and design guidelines. This transformational work developed for internal HBO design and technology team relaunching HBO Go and its new non-cable-based subscription service HBO Now• Multi-year project for Royal Caribbean called Pre-Cruise Planner, a tool to streamline v action planning and generate new guest revenue.
