Project Manager

•Accountable for ensuring the project's safe delivery, applying all associated PMBOK model vectors, according to a set of technical and legal specifications that a project must ensure during its life cycle.Duties:•Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the project;•Creating and maintaining project management plans;•Ensuring all administrative and IT records entered and updated correctly;•Monitoring and managing all contractors, consultants and third-party suppliers within each project;•Working closely with clients to better understand their needs;•Motivate the team to achieve high standards;•Arranging and managing all project-related meetings creating the support documentation;•Handling new client inquiries and working with the sales team to drive sales forward (In 2013 wasable to sign a total of 135.000,00€ of new opportunities revenue) ;•Dealing with and resolving issues and problems which arise;•Identifying, costing, and processing any contract variations;•Tracking activities against the detailed project plan, updating it to include agreed on changes if necessary;•Establishing the overall success criteria for a project, including; Time, Cost, Technical, and Performance parameters;•Writing progress reports e presenting them to Senior Management/Clients/Stakeholders;•Monitoring all work following schedules.Project Details- BCRS (Business Continuity & Resiliency Services);- Tape Storage;- Hardware Relocation Services;- Business Continuity Consultancy; IT Audit and Hardware installation, configurationor migration projects.(Client Sectors: Banking; Tobacco; Leading Global Professional Services; Portuguese Public Administration and Institutes; Auto Manufacturers; Auto Rental; Asset Management; Global Operating Technology Company; Retail & Food Distribution; Insurance; HealthCare and Pharmaceutical)
