✔ My Story | “Everything is a puzzle” Since I was very young I’ve developed a strong passion for puzzles. Every kid likes the feeling of putting all those little pieces together to see the big picture, and I was not an exception. However, my passion for solving puzzles has never disappeared.Soon I realized that solving puzzles was what I really wanted to do throughout my whole life!In Electronics Engineering I’ve found a way to pursue my passion of gluing things together — designing new products by developing both the hardware and the software.But the more embedded I was in Product Engineering the more I realize that engineering is more than making products…Engineering is all about building things that work — whether it's a product, a structure or an organization.But there is one particular piece in this puzzle that most fascinates me — the “People”. How do people interact with things, with others? Why do people behave in a certain way? Where the people’s culture, their education level or even their physical characteristics fits in the puzzle? These questions lead me to take an Executive Master in Management with a specialization in Leadership Development.Although all my passion for engineering and management, I'm hooked on the biggest of the puzzles: the markets!
