During my tenure at agap2IT Portugal, I spearheaded the establishment of the Academies and Innovation departments and laid the groundwork for the company's turn-key projects division.As Head of R&D, I've mentored over 200 computer science graduates, instilling best practices in software architecture and development, and 4 master thesis projects and 10 undergraduate capstone endeavors. I've successfully acquired nearly 2M€ in tax benefits through R&D funding, alongside direct EU funding via the Portugal 2020 program.Simultaneously serving as Team Leader and Technical Director, I've ensured the execution of various projects, emphasizing best practices in software development and technical documentation. Technologies used range from Python, TensorFlow, C#, YOLO, to Kinect and OpenCV.In 2018, I founded BlockBase - an avant-garde blockchain platform dedicated to scalable and secure database storage.
