As General Manager of ICES in charge of Sales & Marketing, Operations and Administration. ICES is focused on commercialization of US Exchange Program and Canada Academic Program to Spanish Students ages14 to 18. Living with a host family, students gain an authentic experience within American society and, in turn, contribute their own views and culture to enrich the educational environment of American High Schools. Main tasks at ICES are: Carrying out informative and evaluative student meetings that includes English language assessment test; Processing of registration applications, health, accident and liability Insurance; Support in obtaining and issuing J-1 and F-1 student visas or Canadian Student Permit; Seminar and Orientation Pre-departure Program; Flight booking; Student Progress Reports during their stay and main “liaison” between Program Sponsors and Student’s Natural Parents; Support in managing the recognition (Convalidación) of studies in Spain. Programs are developed in America by our U.S. sponsor programs or Canadian School Districts, organizations officially recognized and regulated.
