Develop relationships that generates additional Commercial and Personal Insurance, new business from both existing and new dealerships in the region. Represent the MiWay brand and effectively solve any issues that may arise in the day to day operations of the dealership business.

Dealing with client queries and complaints on all levels in a competent, efficient, friendly and professional way. All interactions with FAIS compliancy and done in the highest possible World Class Standards. Responsible to retain existing clients who wants to cancel their insurance, meet deadlines when ask for, analyze client’s policies and give better affordable options. Manage all client services issues if not resolve by client services department.

Inbound client service queries, both administrations, claims, accounts and any complains or queries regarding short term insurance policies; adding or removing of any insurable risk and advice on best product to client specifications or need. Communicate with clients at all levels

Quoting clients both inbound & outbound leads converting it to Sales, Insure quality and quantity Criteria is in place; Responsible for all Telephonic Sales with new clients ;Do client follow ups with the clients when voice to voice contact could not be made, i.e. Call Backs ;Liaising with correct departments to resolve any Administration issues and following up until resolution.

Site Supervisor ,Maintenance on HT cables , Maintenance on street lights (cable faults) Repairing Lamp Poles ,Connecting electric wires and repairing faulty lights

Development and maintenance of customer relations, Staff development, planning, budget control, achievement of targets implementation of promotions, and administration. ,Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.

Liaise with stores and merchandisers on promotions, sales targets achievements, selling of supplier products and distribution, selling from supplier to warehouse from warehouse to stores, capturing of orders feedback on a daily base on stock movement etc.

Merchandising and rotation of supplier’s products, hygiene, stock ordering check quality of supplier’s product on a regular base and return for credit if it is not of good quality ,Place and follow up on all orders.
