Ricards is a motivated and enthusiastic WTG technician with a strong interest in the wind industry. While he may not have direct experience in this field, he is eager to learn and has already gained valuable transferable skills through his military service, including leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving. Ricards is a quick learner and is committed to keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the wind industry.As a WTG technician, Ricards is skilled in troubleshooting and maintenance of wind turbines, and is able to work independently or as part of a team to ensure that turbines are operating efficiently and safely. He is an excellent communicator and is able to explain technical information to a range of audiences, from other technicians to project managers and clients.🏅𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬:I love the challenge and thrill of pushing myself to go farther and faster. I also enjoy playing beach volleyball, basketball, and football, and find that these team sports help me to develop my communication and leadership skills while staying active and having fun.I like to hop on my motorcycle and hit the trails. Riding off-road is a thrilling and challenging experience, and I find that it helps me to stay focused and alert while enjoying the beauty of nature.Overall, I believe that pursuing a range of hobbies and interests is important for staying healthy, happy, and engaged both in and out of the workplace.
